We cannot, however, guarantee this every time, but there have only been a few orders where this was not the case. We have over 40,000 books and 1,300 cd's, and as we try to be as detailed as possible in our listings, getting them all online is a slow process. There is a chance that we may have it, so just let us know. FYI...while some of our listings say that they ship from FL, we recently moved to MI.
