London: Athenaeum Press, 1936. 1st Edition . Hardcover. Very Good/No Jacket. 4to - over 9¾ - 12" tall. First Thus. 21 Volumes universally bound in green cloth with gilt lettering to spine; occasional black/white illuistrations/diagrams. Volumes 1 to 7 are signed by King Hall. Chronology runs unbroken from Vol - 1 30 June 1936 to Vol 21 - 26 June 1947. Vol 7 includes a loose 'News-letter Supplement', 'Why Are We At War?' being a transcription of an earlier radio broadcast. Included three K-H News-Letter receipts and one blank banker's order for the subsciber to return. Previous owner's name, same as upon original receipts, in all vols either upon front paste down or ffep; minor spotting to prelims; minor shelf wear. Please note this is a large number of books which will certainly incur further p&p costs. Personal London collection should be considered, tickets for overseas travel happily accepted.
