Chiari: Nordpress, 2003. First Edition . Original Wraps. As New/No Jacket Issued. First Nordpress edition with publisher's sticker noting that fact on the pre-title page. The book was originally published in 1958 by Tamari. This edition is reformatted into smaller size. SIGNED by Lino Lacedelli on the pre-title page. Lacedelli said that he signed only 3 copies of this Nordpress edition which my sister obtained during a ski vacation at Cortina D'Ampezzo where Lacedelli lived. Completely new condition, never read. Original glossy 8vo PB (not issued in hardcover), measure 21cm tall x 15cm, 95 pages of text, 272 pages of plates with descriptive captions (including 246 b/w photos, 2 route sketches, 5 maps, 12 campsite locator sketches, 8 pages of daily height chart, 1 color photo of front of DJ of 1958 edition), plus two b/w sketch maps of general area, and 4 b/w portrait photos in text. Text in italian, no english edition. This is reformatted from the original 4to edition, but contains same text and nearly all the photos. The 1958 edition has 5 more photos than this edition. PHOTOS ARE OF THE ACTUAL BOOK BEING OFFERED.
