As is - A tear along the top of the spine about an inch long, and a similar tear along the bottom of the spine, the top and bottom edges of the front cover are soiled, a thin light red watery strip across the bottom of the front cover, with clear water marks along the bottom, but no waving or bleeding; cup ring to front cover; there are numbers written in blue pen at the top corners of most of the pages; the staples are beginning to rust in the middle of the book. Penned donation inscription upon the ffep to Caughnawaga United Church. 44 pages. Photos available upon request..
