Sobre este artículo
Japan: Japan Publications Trading Company, 1966. Book. Fair. Hardcover. Reprint. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall. 368 pages. Author's signature appears in black ink at conclusion of Foreward. Initially this appears as a faux signature but closer inspection reveals that ink from the signature has partially soaked through to the other side of the page, suggesting it may be a true signature. Conversely, ink has soaked through at other places, suggesting the signature is not handwritten. Profusely illustrated with black and white illustrations. "...Will not only delight those who have an interest in karate, but will also be a novel and colorful source of endless interest to thousands of readers who will see how consummate human skill, combined with life force and explosive power, can make the impossible possible." - from dust jacket. Moderate wear to book which is unmarked. Modest evidence of moisture exposure to top half of back board. Back hinge open. Dust jacket bears average wear and some sunning to spine but is now preserved in a glossy new archival-grade Brodart cover. Overall a quality copy of this substantive work..
