Sobre este artículo

ca. 1924. 14 x 21 cm. Memorial tribute to young Kathryn Gray McFarland Wood, b. 1903, d. 1924. Tribute by Ada L. Snell, Department of English, Mt. Holyoke College, South Hadley, MA. Tipped in photo of beautiful young Kathryn, student at Mt. Holyoke College, who spent her junior year at the Sorbonne in Paris, and met Remsen V. Wood there. Shortly after their marriage in Illinois she and her husband returned to France. Apparently, on that voyage, with heavy storms and violent seas, she developed a strange malady, and ddied at the American Hospital in Neuilly, France in January 1924. Tribute includes poetry and prose by Kathryn. Paper booklet fastened by decorative string, cover lightly soiled. Very good. . Catalogs: Poetry.
