Every paage including covers have a 6 inch tear that has recently been repaired with scotch tape. Front cover has simple black lettering. Originally copyrighted in 1914. Although lyrics are printed with music there are also handwritten lyrics. All pages/covers have smaller edge tears/nicks. Some page browning. Inside cover has part of Land Of Long Ago by Lilian Ray and Charles Knight. Outside rear cover has part of Love's Garden Of Roses by Wood and Rutherford. Free gift wrapping, card and drop shipping.
