Sobre este artículo
Philadelphia: Daniel J. McGarrigan Entertainment Bureau, 1930. Near Fine. [4] p.: portrait; 25 cm. Daniel J. McGarrigan was a Philadelphia musician who was active as early as 1910 and into the 1940s, leading sing-alongs at organization banquets. His orchestra was dubbed the "Serpents Hips" at a football banquet at Ursinus College in 1924. This booklet contains the lyrics to 19 songs and would have been distributed at one such event. There is no date of publication but the address shown is on Walnut St. in Philadelphia. Prior to 1923 he is shown at other addresses in the city; it is not known when he moved to Walnut St. One of the songs, Betty Co-Ed, was copyrighted in 1930. Scarce. In Near Fine Condition: creased; clean and solid.
