Kiana uses an ultralight spinning rod for fishing from riverbanks, lake shores, and from a boat in rivers and lakes. He explains his spin-casting methods using various 10-grid systems; this makes it easier for beginner, intermediate, and expert spinning rod fishermen to follow his instructional illustrations. All spin-cast bobber-fly fishing techniques were developed by Chris Kiana Sr. based on his personal fishing experiences and presentations to hundreds, if not thousands, of fish for nearly six decades. Great numbers of fish have approved his spin-cast bobber-fly techniques to them by biting what he presented to them, bless their fish souls. To Chris’ knowledge, this is the first complete book published on spin-cast bobber-fly fishing.
