It must have been around the time Pen/Faulkner, which Settle started in Charlottesville, moved to the Folger in Washington, D.C. The book is INSCRIBED "For Doris on the night of the great move Love Mary Lee"; and the card says "For Doris - Here's to coming to Washington. Bless you for being in C-ville. Love Mary Lee." Fine in glossy, printed wraps.
