Sinopsis
Hosseini’s first novel takes place in Afghanistan and spans over several decades. Overall, "The Kite Runner" is a poignant and powerful story about personal growth, forgiveness, and the human experience. It was adapted into a film in 2007.

Author creates atmosphere that is tasteable. Imagery superb and action moves at a great pace. Highly readable. Once I had read it, I went in search for everyhing else Hosseini has published.
