Les Joies du Sport., 1932. Limited to 750 copies. Original print from the collection of 44 sporting prints was assembled by Maurice & Jacques Goddet. The illustrations were all done by the Bosnian born Milivoy Uzelac. After studying at the Académie of Beaux-Arts in Prague he moved to Paris where his work was widely exhibited. He illustrated many other publications and was also a sculptor. Each print is acompanied by a letter from a famous personality of the day. This one is by Jean Ajalbert Pochoir. Printed colour, hand finished. Very good condition. Size: 23 x 30 cm. (9 x 12 inches).
