Very good condition, No date except for written ownership of Alica Farminton King, Edinboro, July 1895 in all volumes. Four volumes in very good condition. Volume 1-The Lay of the Last Minstrel. Rokeby . Piece of second paper pasteup on spine is missing; Volume II-The Lady of the Lake, The Bridal of Thiermain, misc. Poetry. ; Volume III-Marmion, Harold the Dauntless, misc. Poetry. Small stain at spine foot; Volume IV-Lord of the Isles. Vision of Don Roderick, Ballads from the German, misc poetry. Stain at spine foot. Each book has beautiful burgandy colors of swirling patteers with gold marbling. Endpapers match/coloring is brilliant. Leather spine/corners. Spines have faded along with 1/3 of all backs. Some wear on opening crease/edges but not really too much. Teeny edge nicks. Raised horizontal lines on spine. All paper paste up labels on spine are black with gold lettering and in very good shape except one noted above. Found sepia toned photos of areas Scoot wrote about including photo of Scott. Will keep with books. ; Vol. 2 only. Very good plus condition with only light usage showing. No date except for written ownership of Alica Farminton King, Edinboro July 1895. Leather spine has normal wear on hinges. Paper paste-up on spine with titles is brown/gold lettering. Leaving sepia photos found with this volume. Will look up information and/or poetry title.
