This tale of the shepherd's on the first Christmas Eve have delighted adults and children alike. Illustrated beautifully, with some illustrations in colour, by Roger Duvoisin.Scarce in the original unclipped dust wrapper. In the publisher's original pictorial hardback binding. Externally, very smart. A previous owner inscription to the reverse of the front free endpaper dated Christmas 1966 and a pen mark to the corner of the edition page. Internally, firmly bound with bright and clean pages. In the original unclipped dust wrapper which is a little chipped and marked to the wraps. Very Good

Where are We?
Based in the literary city of Bath, our offices are housed in the Eastern Dispensary. Built in 1845, the building originally existed as a charitable institution providing medical care. The building now houses our collection of over twenty thousand books and has five full time members of staff.
