Dublin. The Abbey Theatre. 1905. 1st Edition. Soft cover. 12mo, 19cm, the first edition, 51,(1)p., in the original printed brown illustrated wraps, light chipping to lower wraps, a very good copy. Signed by the Author writer on half-title. (ids) Volume III of the Abbey Theatre Series. "The Land" was first produced at the Abbey Theatre, Dublin, in June, 1905 by the Irish National Theatre Society, under the direction of W.G. Fay. Although not credited, the cover illustration is believed to be by Jack B. Yeats.
