Sobre este artículo

[Seattle]: Printe by J[ames T.] Jones at the Windowpane Press, 2011. Letter h of twenty-six copies. Broadside, 28x21cm, onionskin paper ruled in red. Illuminated initial by calligrapher, Linda Lundy. Fine condition.

Nicely executed letterpress broadside by James T. Jones, being a poem on the power of language.  Only the first ten copies, A-J, contain the calligraphy by Linda Lundy.  From the printer:

"After I finished my master's thesis in 1972, I kept the onionskin paper left over from the bound copies, which had double rules in red on all four margins. I dragged the leftover sheets around with me for forty years, and when I started learning letterpress printing, I realized why I had saved the paper. I wanted to use it to print my manifesto about the nature of language. To highlight this piece I asked Linda Lundy, a calligrapher who is also a friend, to create an illuminated letter L on the first ten copies. The remaining sixteen copies are printed with a large capital in red. The colophon is modeled on one printed by Aldus Manutius in the early sixteenth century.  My mentor, the well-known letterpress printer, binder, and creator of art books, Bonnie Thompson Norman, prefers 'dry printing' with a light impression, and she always sets the highest standard for design and production, so I credit The Windowpane Press in the colophon of each piece I print."

OCLC locates only letter G at the University of Washington.  .
