Limited to 500 copies, of which 111 are signed and numbered by the author on a limitation page. This is one of the 389 trade edition copies, but has been signed by the author on the title page. A Fine hardcover, full bound in pale yellow cloth with black lettering to the spine. Clean inside and out, with no markings of any kind; binding is solid and square. Map endpapers at front and rear. The unclipped dust jacket is in Very Good condition, with a thin line of discoloration along the bottom edge of the spine and some crinkling at the head of the spine. Cover and interior art by Joe Pierson.
