20'' by 12'' 1843 Old Playbill or Billboard Notice Advertising 'Madame Celeste' Annual Benefit for May 26th Drama of '' The Flowers of the Forest '' (A Gypsy Story) along with a New Comedy Never Acted in Which Mr Webster will Perform Other Entertainments.Produced using black typepefaces on wafer thin paper.There are some nicks and tears to edges with couple of repaired tears.Chip to lower edges present.Large playbills or advertising billboard posters are notoriously delicate and hence few survive the onslaught of time.This still shows well.Scarce Circa 1843 With a Price of a box at 4s,pit 2s and 1s to sit in the Gallery.............Rare piece of Theatrical History set in London's West End . Good. No Binding. 1847.
