Paris: L. F Delatour, 1769-1775. First edition. Folio. 4 parts bound in 3 vols. Qtr. contemporary tree calf over marbled boards and endpapers. 1312 pp. 365 of 382 plates. Interiors finely toned, with some creasing, more at edges, and intermittent, marginal foxing and staining throughout. Boards exhibit shelf wear along edges, scratched and rubbed; leather along spine is rubbed, somewhat brittle, with cracks and missing small pieces outside the foil title stamp. Else pages supple, binding tight; many plates NF. Overall VG. Subjects: Carpentry, Joinery, Cabinetwork, Furniture making, Carriage and wagon making, Marquetry . Ref. Cole & Watts.
