This 1922 first edition is finely illistrated by Henry Pitz, with a color illistration on the front cover. There is some fading around the edges of the illistration, but the green cloth cover is intact with minimal wear noted. There appears to be an old water stain on the back cover, though there was no visable interior effect noted. The interior pages were void of writing, markings and notes as none were noted upon exam.The binding remains tight with typical use wear noted
