Sobre este artículo
New York: Self-published by the Author, 1904. Hardcover. First Edition, November 1904 to April 1905. 6.5 x 9.5in. 288pp. Publisher's cloth boards with gilt titling. VERY GOOD. Shows marginal shelf rubbing along the edges, text-block edges lightly dust spotted, otherwise the binding is strong and tight, the text is clean and unmarked, and the boards remain bright and distinct. As pictured.
