London: Rapp & Carroll, 1967. First Edition. Boards. Warmly inscribed in May of 1968 (in two colors) on the front endsheet by cotranslator Bly, who also contributes an introduction. Foxing to page edges, otherwise very good in a rubbed and creased dustjacket with closed tears and a small piece missing from bottom edge of back panel. 8vo.
