In the somewhat worn unclipped dust jacket, with tears to lower edges of panel folds, and tatty to head of spine. Minor spotting, foxing, to top and leading page edges. Still a firm, sound copy, clean and otherwise unmarked, binding tight. From author's preface, the dictionary is not an abridgement of Lewis and Short, but "an independent dictionary, which should include all that a student needs."
