The folder is a portfolio collecting 13 heavy, textured loose leaf pages--concerning, the history, arts, language and culture of Lettonie in Latvia--plus the title page and a poem, La Mer Baltique by Ojars Vacietis, laid in on same red coverstock. Includes a brief bibliography.
