1st book by Oliver La Farge is a 1st because it has the 1929 on the Main Title page and the Red(pink) Flute Boy. This book is more Very Good inside the soiled covers with only the inside cover with a 1/2 inch crack at the top. And one small spot a couple of pages to the inside cover bottom. Oh and a 7 line inscription not by the author's hand on the 1st leaf. Outside covers are soiled and the spine is dirtiest and faded a little. And some very small wear tears and bruising to spine ends. Not as bad as it sounds, check photos. Yellow buckram covers with maroon lettering, red stained top edge all 1st issue points.
