"Official Organ of the League of American Wheelmen" -- front wrapper. Includes an article about support for better roads from the League of American Wheelmen. Very scarce. In Good+ Condition: wrapper is detached from text; front and back wrapper are partially separated; closed tears of 1 cm. and less from edges of wrapper; pages are clean and solid.
