Small quarto. 425pp. Sheets untrimmed and bound into the original clothbacked papercovered boards with paper spine label. "Town of Stuyvesant" written on cover, the final word crossed out in pencil and "1827" written in pencil. Binding and thin cloth spine with some wear and soil, foxing, offsetting, and a bit of pale dampstaining (mostly marginal) throughout, a just about very good copy in its original state.
