Solid text block, light wear to covers, small losses to corners of endpapers, faint soiling to a few covers inside. From the University of Cincinnati Robert S. Marx Law Library, with library stamp to cover, endpapers, and title page. Includes a note from Charles C. Bauer detailing the end of "League of Nations News" and its change to "League of Nations Chronicle.
