Mildly soiled. Watermark?(paper faded) on front cover's upper left, 1 1/2"x3". Covers are Good. Interior is tight, clean and Very Good+. On front endpaper where foldout facsimile is "attached"-one "area" detached, leaving a circular "hole", 1/2"x1/2", on the facsimile-only on second page and in the side margin, not the text..
