Oxford University Press, 1990. First edition. Hardcover. fine/fine. First Edition. Hardcover. A fine fresh example, in a fine, crisp dust jacket. 197 pages with index. The second book in Griffin's multi-volume biography of Ernest Hemingway. Where the first volume brough Hemingway from childhood to his 1921 marriage to Hadley Richardson, this volume vividly recaptures his early ex-patriate years in Paris, when he published his first important collection of stories "In Our Time" as well as his finest novel "The Sun Also Rises".
