Open letter by prominent Vietnamese Catholics then living in Europe; calls on US Christians to support immediate withdrawal of troops from Vietnam. "The number of prostitutes, of children of unknown fathers and of mixed parentage grows each day in a disquieting manner." Letter was issued on the occasion of Moratorium Day (October 15, 1969).
