Single 8x10.5 inch sheet stamped with U.S. Dept. of Labor, Immigration & Naturalization Service letterhead, typed letter addressed to Messrs. Smillie & Bean, Attorneys at Law signed by Hughes, two rusty staples at top, Farino penciled at top else very good. Carmine Farino was under an arrest warrant for unlawful immigration and rape. He was deported to Italy.
