Residue and string-ties from book remain along spine edge, along with creasing. Document is browning and has light foxing, but text is easily legible. Small brown ink stain (?) on page edge that bleeds through most of document, but does not affect text. Pages are cut to different sizes. Overall document in Good+ condition. Scarce.. Paperbound. Good+. Size: Approx. 5 3/4" x 9". Government Document.
