No printing information, but Evan tentatively hypothesizes Philadelphia. Concerns service in Georgia during the period 1790-1794 in the wars with the Creek and Cherokee Indians. Gives and excellent review of the events and personalities. Eberstadt 114-326. Evans 38774.
