New York: Scribner's Sons, 1903. First edition, 8vo, pp. viii, 417; frontispiece portrait and 24 plates; slightly later half green morocco by Durvand, gilt decorated spine in 6 compartments, gilt-lettered direct in 2; some scuffing and wear, but generally very good and sound.
