Armorial bookplate of Johnstone to the front pastedown. Ink owner's name - J Johnstone to the head of the title page. Ink notes to the foot of pages 138/9, 155 and 225. Occasional spotting and soiling. Page edges are untrimmed. In old marbled covered boards which are very worn with leather spine, also very worn. Some old worming to the lower inner corner of the front board which affects the front free end paper, but goes no further..
