A & J Churchill, at the Black Swan, Paternoster Row, London, 1705; small 4to (125x200mm), pp [vi], 642, 176; simple contemporary panelled calf without labels, somewhat rubbed and both hinges partially cracked externally but the joints still firm, small patch of damage to the front cover at the lower inner corner; lacks front free end paper and somewhat browned throughout; a fair copy, decent enough. First published in this form in 1663 following Schrevel's initial publication in 1654. Hill added some 8,000 words to the work.
