Robinette, Q.C., on the occasion of a newspaper-legal seminar held in the British Columbia Room, Royal York Hotel, Toronto, on March 27, 1962, under the auspices of Thomson Newspapers Limited. I.H. Macdonald, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Thomson Newspapers Limited chaired the meeting.
