Part II ONLY of this book and manuscript auction catalog from a 1911 sale of the collection of Judge Jacob Klein, including a presentation copy of Walt Whitman's Leaves of Grass, manuscripts of William Morris' Nupkins Awakened, the manuscript of Whitman's Lafayette in Brooklyn, literary letters, etc. GOOD condition. Wrappers toned, with minor soiling. Heavy chipping, tearing and some loss, including a piece of the upper rear corner, along the extremities. Faint dampstain along the bottom edge. Minor toning in the interior.
