London: Sampson, Low & Marston, 1868. First edition. Hardcover. Very good condition. With an albumen print photograph frontispiece of a painted portrait of Audubon wearing a fur collared cape.

8vo, frontispiece portrait, vii, 366pp, ads (24), uncut. Original green gilt decorated cloth, with highly decorative gilt title at spine.
