Spine bands and panel edges worn. Front hinge starting. Gilt-blocked titles to spine with gilt-crossed raised bands. All edges marbled. Provenance: from the library of Walter Butler with his inked stamp. Some very light foxing around the engraved half-title and facing frontis (with tissue guard) - otherwise, text block is quite clean and sound.
