New York: Hurd and Houghton, 1868. Hardcover. First Edition, First Printing. 5 x 7in. 122pp. + 11 plates. Publisher's cloth boards with gilt decoration and titling. GOOD. Shows a chip of the spine at the foot, edges shelf rubbed, a chip from the endpaper and a former owner name dated 1892, otherwise the binding is strong and tight, the text is clean and unmarked, and the boards remain bright and distinct. As pictured.
