Little, Brown, 1896. Hard Covers. Very Good. New Edition with Additions Illustrated with Photogravure Plates from Works of Art. Books in excellent condition, helped by presence of original cloth dust covers with gilt typeface on spines. Cloth boards and dust covers have retained original deep red coloring; the gilt on spines and covers of books are brilliant, a sight to behold. The gilt on top edges has also remained vibrant. Hinges and bindings are very sound and straight. Outside of a small, pencilled name on flyleaf of Vol. I, the pages are entirely unmarked, and entirely free of foxing as well.
