The Binding is square; it has been reglued with quality binder's adhesive, and remains secure; the text is clean. Overall, remains a clean, sturdy, presentable copy, but showing a few flaws and moderate wear. NOT a Remainder, Book-Club, or Ex-Library. 8vo. 412pp. Hardback: Lacks DJ. Paul Sayre was a professor of law during the 1920s and a distinguished expert on civil procedure and family law. INSCRIBED AND SIGNED BY AUTHOR.
