Hardcover, octavo, pp. 381. Illustrated. Previous owner pencil signature at top of free front endpaper. Heavy foxing on prelims (Photos 4 and 5). A copy moderately worn, as with age and handling, but still GOOD and sound in the publisher's blue cloth with gilt spine and upper board lettering, each within tasteful gilt ruling. Black and white photo of Wilson, slightly abraded, at upper board center. Several old spots on fore-edge. (Photo 7). Author was Secretary of the Navy from 1913-1921.
