Likely published c.1945-62 (though 1940 date appears in book). ML #G20.2. --- With white specks to front and back covers, prior owner's signature and info in pencil to front free endpaper and somewhat age-toned leaves, otherwise a sound copy. A loosened front hinge has been carefully repaired on this item.; Octavo - 8 to 9 in. tall; xxvi, 863 pages .
