Black, orange and beige decoration on spine and front cover showing a pictorial view of a house (a spanish hacienda modeled on Mrs. Phoebe Hearst's Hacienda del Pozo de Verona at Pleasanton, California. Though there is some light foxing on the title page, however, the rest of the text block is clean and tight. A lovely copy. Sissons & Martens; 88.
