Originally published in 1875 as The Little Lame Prince and His Traveling Cloak, this tale of a disabled boy with a magic cloak that turned into something akin to Aladin's Flying Carpet. Written by Dinah Maria Mulock Craik under the nom de plum, Miss Mulock.
Reprinted many times around the world, the copy is a circa 1920s-30s Grosset & Donlap linen hardcover edition, with the beautiful illustrations by Walter S. Rogers.. This copy is in Very Good Condition, with some physical signs of use. This was a well loved book. There is a rubber stamp of a previous owners name on the front end-paper and the inside front cover. The Spine, Webbing, front sheets, are all intact.
