Sobre este artículo
Eau Claire, Wisconsin: E. M. Hale and Company. Good with no dust jacket. 1937. Hardcover. Ex library. In this fanciful 1875 story, the paralyzed young Prince Dolor is given a magical travelling cloak by his fairy godmother. Though his legs don't work, the cloak allows him to move about and see the world. The author, Dinah Maria Mulock Craik ("Miss Mulock") was a prolific 19th-century author of children's stories. First published by Rand McNally, this edition features color illustrations by Hope Dunlap. With a biography of the author at rear of volume.. --- In mustard cloth-covered boards with illustrations to front cover, titling in red and black to cover and spine. --- With substantial edgewear. Some interior leaves creased and torn and/or tape-repaired. Library materials' removal at back endpapers has left remnants behind. Overall volume well worn, but the outstanding color illustrations by Hope Dunlap well compensate for the damage. Library markings minimal. ; Ex-Library; 9 in. wide x 5-1/4 in. tall; 128 pages .
