Ironic that Harper would pirate this book, Miss Mulock's husband was part owner of Harper's London then New York. "Honey I love you but we need your Royalties to open our Colonies store!" what a hoot. It was cut throat back then, everybody stealing whatever wherever they could. No dates except for a handwritten declaration "James received this book for 3 years perfect attendance to Sunday School, June 15 - 1919."
